Ok, the first thing you should know is that the buildings are NOT well constructed. You can hear people talking in the apartment next to you - and don't try to sleep if your neighbors are having sex that night.

Other then that, the Highlands is pretty good. Service is the best, and parking is perfect if you have an attached garage.

Some of the people are ignorant of others, but you get that everywhere. Overall a very nice community.
