I moved in almost a year ago and have had NO problems at all so far. I looked at a few other places in and around Cherry Hill and am very pleased with my decision to move into the Highlands.

-Office staff is excellent. They are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.
-Maintenance staff is excellent as well. All service calls taken care of that day or the next at the MOST. They are also very pleasant to deal with.
-Upkeep of the community is exceptional. The grounds are well kept. Grass is mowed every week. New flowers are planted periodically.
Grounds are clean. Hallways are cleaned on a regular basis as well.
The only one little problem is that some dog owners (not all of them!) do not pick up after their dogs. There were a few more doggie bag stations placed around the property and that has seemed to help.
Community is well lit and is safe.
-As for the apartments, they are wonderful.
Balaconies are great. All have nice new appiances and modern amenities. Nice kitchen. Washer/Dryer are fantastic. I have a one bedroom, it's a perfect size. Bathrooms are HUGE. Huge walk-in closet in bedroom. Satellite is included in rent and the internet service is FAST and is also included in the rent. I can't really even complain about noise. I mean they are apartments people, nothing is sound-proof. The only time you can really hear noise is if you are standing in the hallway and all you hear are people's tv's. Quiet, but friendly neighbors, I think alot of people prefer to stay to themselves.
Apartments have a real nice layout and are maintained very well.
-Gym is nice. A bit small, but it has nice machines and it is clean.
Pool seems nice, but I'm not really home on weekends to enjoy it. There are always people there though.

Parking can be a little tough, but I have always found a spot. Sometimes you just can't park right in front of your building. I'm not that lazy, so it's not a problem for me.

Overall, I love it here and would def. reccommend it.
