I have been living here for almost a year now and I have to say this place is great. It's quite, safe and the staff is amazing. I rarely had issues with appliances in the apartment and when I did it was solved in less than 24 hours. The other day our fridge stopped working.. not only was it fixed on the same day but we were even reimbursed for items that went bad during that time...
The gym is great as is the business center.
Occasionally you would have to drive around for parking but in the worse case you would walk no more than 3 minutes to your apartment.
All in all, this place is simply outstanding!
