Nothing special. Seems safe. Old, but fairly clean. The appliances kinda suck. The traffic pattern leaving the complex sucks, but the wait isn't too bad. Rent is cheap, but expect it to rise whenever it is possible for management to raise it. Utilities included except phone and cable. The AC/Heat is controlled by management, which sucks because they don't turn on the AC until it is officially 'summer'. There is an annoying tenant association that jams comlaint fliers in your door. There is an equally annoying response of letters by management. Management is stingy. Good water pressure. Cheap and dusty carpet. Close to 295. Doorman are nice, but a few are cranky and weird.
