Overall, I liked the apartment. My roommate and I are in our 20's, and we seem to bring the average age down to 70.
The best part of the apartment is that it's close to everything. It takes a second to get to 295 which makes commuting easy, except for the construction. Also, every time I call the maintenance people, someone gets back to me within 5 minutes. The balcony is huge, which is a real boon!
But, the paint in the bathtub has been cracking for months, and you can hear all the pipes at nite.
