I have lived in Landmark Apartments for 2 1/2 years. The rooms are exceptionally large, I find the staff, ie office, doormen and maintenace men helpful and efficient.

There have been 2 rent raises in the time I have lived there, 3%, 6% and when my lease is up 4%. There is a rent control board and they set the percentage of rent raise, not management.

The Tenants Association has been extremely helpful in keeping the rent at a reasonable rate. Utilities are included which is a big plus.

Laundry rooms are adequate, but quite expensive to do a wash.

I intend to stay and would reccomend this apartment to anyone.
