The apartment is great, nice view, clean, quiet, no bugs, friendly doormen and tenants. BUT - the elevators hardly ever work properly (very bad if you live on a high floor as I did), and MORE IMPORTANTLY, the management staff does everything in their power to make your stay miserable. They are seemingly heartless, cruel, antagonistic and care nothing about the tenants. Right now, they are in the process of raising everyone's rent about 15-20%. But that's only a couple of their many transgressions. My friend had lived there and moved out on extremely bad terms with the management staff. He warned me. Did I listen' No-o-o. So, please heed my advice. Keep your sanity, (and your security deposit) and stay away from this place. You'll thank me.
