Lack of security issues. Elevators are old and do not work properly. Lobby furniture, looks like an old, run down building. Where there used to be a fountain, not there is just a hole with no water running from it. Mold on wallpaper in lobby, apartments. Painting is peeling off in some areas or patched up. Horrible appearance when you walk in. Looks very shabby. Quality of people they are accepting is awful. People with criminal backgrounds, etc. When it snows,removal is poor around where cars are parked. Many times there was snow/ice not shoveled and many a person I noticed have fallen, including myself. Management is not understanding and cooperative.
