I live in the Landmark and I love it. It is super quiet. I am in my 30's and the most others living here are seniors, it is super quiet!! Anytime sometime breaks it is fixed in about 30mins. All utilites are included. The pool is fantastic. Never croweded. I love it here. Location is great. Close to everything.
