I'm in my 20s, and Landmark provided a good-sized apartment, convenient to lots of local shopping and gyms, and very convenient to my job. Downsides: the lower floors can get noisy, the laundry rooms and trash chutes are closed at night for some reason. Also, if you're in your 20s or 30s, be prepared for lots of cracks from your friends about the high number of senior citizens in your apartment building.
