Bad managment

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005
 
I lived there for seven years and the heat in our bedroom never worked. They tried to fix it but could not. The a/c leaked and mold and mildew was all over the a/c unit hiding under the cover. The management did not care at all that legionaires disease could happen from the a/c.
