The apartments are very spacious, all utilities are included, the management team is very pleasant and understanding to your needs. They just put in a gym for all residents and brand new washers and dryers that work great!. The location is safe, there is always a door man in the lobby and the other thing I really like is that when you receive packages, they secure them for you. The amount you pay for rent here is very resonable because of the great quality of living you recieve for it. Other places around here want close to the same amount of rent but do not include utilites and are much smaller then the apartments here. I have no intentions of leaving this place. ON a down side, the few things they could work on is some maintenance issues such as fixing areas around air conditioning units and the ceiling of the bathroom.

This was posted by someone on the management team. The place is a mess. They have doing construction for over a year. It has been in the 40's at night and both buildings have no heat. And the most important thing of all is all apartments have asbestos in the ceilings. This place is a dump.
