Building is quiet, lots of parking, excellent staff and maintinence, wonderful place to live. As a new renter (just out of moms house) I was a little nervous about being taken advantage of but the staff was wonderful. Move in was super easy, people in the building were even nice enough to offer help.
It has some cons, a bug every now and then, some maint. needs to be done, but it is all taken care of asap.
I call in a maintinence request in the morning before work, and when I come home it is fixed.
Price is affordable, especially w/utlites included.
