Sergi would be a decent place to live if the children in the area had something to constructive to do. Also, Sergi seems to be a magnet for the CHPD!!! It is such a shame that tenants there have to live under a microscope because 85% of them are from the city! I could go on and on. If you want to live around loud, disrespectful kids and be scrutinized by the CHPD because you live in affordable housing, then Sergi is the place to go!

I live in the Sergi Farms complex in Voorhees. It is the same as the one in Cherry Hill. The children have nothing to do. We also are a magnet to the VTPD
