The good:
I have lived at Sergi for 10 years, I will be moving out this month becasue i'm buying a house. The location is prime, the surrounding area is beautiful and Sergi does a good enough job of keeping there grounds clean. The property managers are nice and helpful, previous managers have been horrible. You cant beat the price for the location, plenty of parking space. Excellent school system.
The bad:
Absolutely nothing for the kids to do. It has a very tiny play area that teenagers and up are always occupying. The police presence is fine with me, some of the tenants need to get a life (20, 30 year olds males) who just stand around outside all the time doing nothing. The children are very rarely supervised by there parents or any adults.
