Great place to live-could use some upkeep

I have lived here for several years and have been extremely happy. The entire building seems to consist of people who call this their home and are completely respectful of their neighbors and the building. One of the reasons I chose this complex was because it was kept in pristine condition when I first moved in. I believed that to be because we were paying such high rent and because several units are owned privately. In the past year the appearence of the building, inside and out, has declined. Hallways that were cleaned EVERY day look like they might get cleaned once a week. Walls that were wiped down every day have fingerprints, bike tire marks and dirt on them and they NEVER get wiped down. Someone used to pick up the trash in the parking lot and around the building every single day-I don't think that's been done at all this year. We used to have an on-site maintenence man who was responsible for the building but since our management company bought Windsor Towers we never see him anymore and it's an effort to get anything done. It's still a quiet building in a great location but along with some others I believe they are allowing low income/no income tenants in and that is changing the feel of the building. We're all hoping that doesn't escalate.
