worth every bit From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I've been living in the towers of windsor park for 4 months now, and I have no complaints. It is well managed, clean, and very secure. Like almost everyone else, I visited dozens of apartments before I landed at the Towers. I was very pleased with the staff at the rental office. Very accomodating and helpful. Doormen are very friendly. The price is just right. In fact, unlike most apartment houses or buildings in the area, all utilities are included. You might opt for a cheaper place, but it will come out more expensive on the long run with the heating and airconditioning bills added.
