I have lived here for almost four years. The maintenance staff and doormen are excellent! Connie in the rental office can be a little short with you at times, but you just have to stand firm with her. Since the new owners have stepped in things are a little questionable. I've heard of vandalism in the parking lot, but from time to time you will see the police patroling the area. When I first moved here it was mostly seniors. That was fine with me because I believe they will watch out for you and your home when you are not here. Now...a younger crowd is starting to move in and sometimes they tend to bring some issues with them (ie: loud radios, people in and out all night, hanging things out on the balcony, etc) but most are like myself- young business professionals that keep to themselves. Never any problems with rodents or bugs like a lot of places. I get ants in the summer, but nothing too serious. Overall Towers of Windsor has been a good place to live for an affordable price!
