Old and Neglected From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The buildings here are Old and Neglected. There are problems with the plumbing, heating,appliances,drafty windows, and mold. It is a struggle to get anything fixed in the apartment. Sometimes maintenance requests are completely ignored. The maintenance department needs better supervision. Investigate before you Move Here. You could be very aggravtated after you Move in.
