If you're looking for a nice place to live in Cherry Hill, please do yourself a favor and keep looking. The Leasing Associates make the buildings sound wonderful and I'll be the first to admit that it's a good price for utilities being included, but the management is aggravating and maintenance is next to nonexistent. My walls have been *cracking* from ceiling to floor for months and management always has a reason as to why they can't be fixed...whether it's the lack of a painter being assigned to the buildings or maintenance just flat-out ignoring maintenance requests, it seems as if nothing gets done. Their system of management is outdated and I've been overcharged for rent and services on at least two occasions that I can remember only to be given nothing but excuses to cover incompetence. The apartments are nice and roomy but seriously folks, for the amount people are paying they expect little things like maintenance to actually come out to see what the problem is after three or four requests. Westminster Management has no oversight and frankly I'm pursuing legal action at this point to get them to repair my walls. On-site maintenance is advertised but is nowhere to be found on the property and it's extremely frustrating given the conditions of the buildings since both were constructed in the 1960s and show it. Do yourselves a favor folks...pay a little extra and find a nice place that prides itself on upkeep, not false promises.
