Since property was purchased by Westminster Management, all renovations have been only for appearance. There have been no renovations to the apartment interiors. Heating/AC is very old and AC barely functions. It is constantly being "repaired." When we moved here in 1998, tenants filled out a maintenance request & left it in the Maintenance office. This worked fine, and we always got a quick response. Now under Westminster, all maintenance requests get called into the main office, which allows the office to filter the requests they wish to handle (or bury). Office staff takes the message, but follow-up is all but nonexistent. It is clear that the management would like to see long-time tenants leave, so that they may rent to new tenants at a higher price.
