Been living here for 22 years, and since the Westminster Co took over a couple of years ago...it went straight downhill! This is my last year here, I will not be renewing. The 'management' here is a joke!It is literally a 'family' working here; from the regional manager, to his sister- in- law, the 'resident manager' that she likes to call herself in all her rude obnoxious correspondence to residents (she behaves and speaks to residents like an absolute witch)and his daughter and son. Try getting anything from that gang. There is NO maintenance response. None. Nada. I have put in requests in Oct 05, that I am still waiting on. I call every few months and am told they are busy, and will get to me when they can. Still waiting. It's reprehensible. It's getting so even the doormen dont hold the door for you anymore. Some do, I dont want to say all dont. But to come home with your arms tied up in packages, and have some senior citizen man who's only job is to open the door for you, look right at you while he keeps on conversing on the phone in spanish is almost too much to take. This happens alot, not just once in a while. Enough already. We're outta here. And you should keep on looking elsewhere too.
