Great apaartments - Managment team that cares!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
We have lived here since 1999. The previous owners were unresponsive to tenants problems. Since Westminster Management has taken over we've seen tremendous immprovements. The Resident manager is fantastic - she has responded to,and resolved any problems we have had. We had a problem with an unruly neighbor and were moved to another apartment, our kitchen cabinets were old and they replaced them with new ones.
This summer the building has had problems with the air-conditioning but they have been working on resloving the problem.
I would recommend the Towers, they are the largest apartments in the area, at a reasonable price. IT IS NOW ONE YEAR LATER, THE A/C STILL HAS PROBLEMS, MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE ANY MORE AND NOW HAS VOICE MAIL SO THERE'S NO ONE TO TALK TO. STILL A BARGAIN, BUT WE'D MOVE IN A HEARTBEAT.
