Old Building, old windows and screens that don't work right, old bathroom and old kitchen. Air Conditioner/Heater never works right and sometimes there is no hot water in the winter. Management is rude and now they have a voice mail system so you can't talk to someone live. There is a mold problem and bathroom is always moldy and leaking and tub always get clogged. Washer and Dryer room is horrible, they are never working and the ones that do work have gum stuck in them or they smell like mold. Lobby and gym is nice but you aren't living in the lobby and gym, you are living in old moldy apartments that never work properly.
