I'm pretty impressed with the Towers. Spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. I'm a 20 something year old female living by myself and safety is my main concern. The 24 hour doorman is a bonus. My neighbors are pleasant. And I have not seen one gross insect in my apartment.

The price is reasonable, bordering towards the expensive. About $1100 for my one room bedroom. Utilities are included in the price though so that is always a plus in my opinion. Balconies are huge. They keep up with the landscape pretty well.

Office management is friendly. Slightly disorganized but they recitfy the situation promptly.

Parking available as each apartment gets a numbered spot. There's always been enough parking for my visitors at any given hour.

The gym is small but adequate imo. Depends how rigorous you like to workout... if it is rigorous then you probably already have a gym membership, so the point is pretty moot.

There's a CVS, library, Blockbuster, Genuardi's, Hospital within a couple minutes. Close to Philly. Less than ten minutes from the PATCO railroad and NJ Transit lines.

Downs: the kitchen and bathrooms could use updating. However they aren't horrible. The Kyoto building tends to have plumbing issues throughout the building, which causes manangement to turn off the water for a few hours. Doesn't happen frequently.

Not enough washer and dryers. Usually people do their laundry around the evening as it's the most convinient time. There isn't a change machine so come prepared with your jar of quarters or go to the store change maker.

The doormen do not have visitors sign in, BUT all side doors and back doors can only be opened with a key. So potential troublemakers must go through the front door past the doorman. I've been living here for a year and have yet to experience a troublemaker, breakin, etc.

Really the pros outweigh the cons. And I would recommend this place to anyone.
