The Waterford apartments is undeniably the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling that dripped into the main light fixture (and pooling there), which is pretty dangeous considering the electical wiring. I called the emergency number and no one responded for days! When they did come after I had called ten times the maintenace people supposedly fixed it. But the following rainstorm the same thing happened.
