Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1998
 
I lived at Waterford 6 years ago. The office staff was nice but the manager was rude. She was like a used car salesman. The maintenance staff never responded then either. My apartment caught fire when the lint in the dryer backed up. You need pull the wahser/dryer away form the wall to remove the lint. Noone ever told me and noone ever came in to clean it out. Sounds like nothing has changed. Make sure you have renters insurance if you live here. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
