My family and I have lived at these apts for only one year. Its OK. Parking is horrible in my section, we have to park at a doctor's office next store and cut through the woods. The apts above ours toilet leaks into our bathroom, mold is disgusting becuase all of the window seals are broke. The new mgmt is working on trying to fix these things. They let me not have to repaint my daughters room which is nice of them. The heating bills are unaffordable because you have to heat the hallway causing the heat to continusly run through the winter. The stairs are noisy if you live on the downstairs. The washer and dryer broke 4 times and the heat/ac 3 times in one year. BAD EARWIG (bug) problem due to the lake across the street. OK if you need a semi-cheap place to hold you off and to call "home."
