Let me keep this simple.

PROS:
1.nice area, nice to live so close to parklake. Very close to the PATCO high speed line and Haddonfield.

CONS:1.Heating bills. Expect to pay $140-200 a month to heat during winter months. This is with the thermostat set only to about 65 degrees. I dont even want to think what our AC bills are going to cost.

2. Plumbing has been a problem. Our Tub drained real slow the firt week we moved in.
Maintenence has been out about five times to clear the drains since we moved here. Recently the toilet overflowed twice within a week.

3. Dumpters are often full and overflowing into the parking lot.

4. Parking is hit or miss. Sometimes you luck out and find a spot close to your builing.

5. Sound insulation is non existent. We can sometimes hear conversations in the upstair unit. We can hear everyone walking around upstairs.
6. Carpets are filthy and worn out.
