I have lived at these apartments for almost one year now, and I cannot wait to move out. The first night we moved in, my wife cried and I had to tell her "It's OK - it's only for one year." Where do I start' The washing machine and kitchen sink have overflowed SEVERAL times, spewing garbage and dirty water all over the floor behind the washer/dryer and under the refrigerator. After "fixing" the problem, maintenance told me "Don't clean that up - it'll dry." There are weird bugs everywhere that get into the apartments (we call them the aliens), the tubs don't have proper drain screens so it constantly drains too slow, the hallways are NEVER cleaned, the neighbors leave MUCH to be desired (yes, even in Cherry Hill there is "the element"), the office staff is often mysteriously absent and the office door locked during office hours, landscaping consists of hours and hours of noise and results in grass clipping spewed all over the sidewalks, parked cars and doorsteps, the apartments have a constant moldy basement smell to them during all 4 seasons, and the AC/heatting fan is so loud when it kicks on that you constantly have to raise and lower the volume of the TV when watching. Also, the second "bedroom" in our 2BR unit was so small that it should be called a big extra closet. Finally, despite numerous complaints, the light outside our front door is never lit, and only one hallway light works. In their defense, the maintenance personnel has been responsive and helpful. But it takes a lot more to make a place liveable. This place is awful - rent elsewhere and hopefully the market will eventually force the place to shut down or clean up its act.

This place in Imagration city. Trash, food, bicycles, slop in an outside of all the units, they don't care how many live in the apt. as long as they pay the rent, who cares if the roaches an stench smell from others cooking matters. The office crumps are ignorant, rude, an stupid they tell you anything you want to hear. Save your money this is a rat trap not to mention they don't have any certified professionals working here. The neighbors are low class an looks like the property they are acustom to. mold,leaky roofs,stink in hallways never clean poor maintance an office manager cars can't park because you have 5 people living in one apt.brats all over the place no one speaks english an old fixtures mostly they should let you live there free if you want to live rug rats an pigs.
