The good and bad points

I lived at the Waterford Appartments a few years beack and below are the good and bad points.
GOOD
1. reasonable price
2. good location, near Haddonfield and a park.
3.Dishwasher, washer and dryer and central air a plus
4. I never once saw any bugs in my appartment.
BAD
1. Parking is a nightmare. Often on the weekends the parking lot of the Costline club next door fills, so the customers park in the waterford lot. I complained dozens of time to rental office, but they didn't think it was a problem. A week after I bought my first new car, I had to park on the street because the Waterford lots were full. That night, as the costline was closing I heard a crash. I ran down stairs to find that someone had crashed into my car and drove away. Most likely a drunk club goer.
2. When we moved in we were told not to use our tub/shower combination for 2 days until it dried. We stayed with family for several days to be sure, but 4 days later we used the tub and it peeled and below was a strange black mold. We complained, but were told we used our tub too soon. They resprayed our tub and a week later, we used it and it peeled again. After paying rent on an appartment with no useable bathing facilities, we were given the brush off when we complained. Eventually I accepted the fact that, I could never use the tub and only used the shower while trying not to step on too much mold. The scary part is that after they sprayed our tub the second time they left behind the spray bottle which clearly stated on the bottle it was harmful to humans and should only be used out door
3. Maintance is ok, but during a heat wave my central air stopped working. Two weeks later and still no repair, I put a temporary window air conditioner in my bedroom. The rental office called two seconds later and said if I didn't remove the air conditioner I would have to move. Funny how it took them several days to return my repair calls. Anyway, my just graduated from law school husband looked at our lease and called the office back and informed them we were not forbidden to use a window air unit. The air condioner was removed a month later when they finally repaired our central air.
