Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Awful, minimalist upkeep, incompetent and insulting management; inconsiderate neighbors; and 50-year-old buildings that have ZERO soundproofing (and mine was leaking every time it rained!) combine to make this the worst place I have ever rented.
Not to mention the teeny bathrooms... you gotta be a midget to be comfortable here.

The view was nice, but THAT's IT.

If you like the above and are used to low expectations, go for it.
