THE WATERFORD IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE THE MANAGER IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST STUPID PERSON I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. PEOPLE WONDER WHY TRASHY PEOPLE LIVE IN THE WATERFORD. IT IS BECAUSE THE MANAGER AND ASST. MANAGER ARE TRASH. ALONG WITH MOST OF THE MAINTENANCE STAFF.
