BEWARE: WATERFORD IS A NIGHTMARE

DON'T RENT HERE:
High heating bills-Electric heat- over $300 heating bills and you are still COLD, very drafty and extremely cold and very damp, you can feel air blowing through the closed windows
Mold all over walls- they just paint over it
Bugs all over apt. in the summer
Paper thin walls- you hear every move your neighbor makes- you can even hear them snoring!!
Management is no help with noisy neighbors playing loud music etc, they tell you to handle it yourself- They lie when they tell you they will put you in a nice, quiet area then you hear nothing but noise constantly.
You won't get any rest or peace there!!
Maintenance takes their time with repairs
parking is a nightmare especially in winter when it snows, they plow you in and YOU have to shovel yourself out, they leave the sidewalks, steps and parking lot extremely icy and dangerous. You have to walk a good distance from you car to your door.

LOTS OF UNDERSIRABLE PEOPLE LIVING THERE
B E W A R E - You won't feel safe there!!!
