A Nice Place To Live

I lived in a one bedroom apartment here for a year between 2004-2005. The apartment was small, but adequate. W/D and dishwasher, central air and heat.
Parking was fine and secure. The area is in Cherry Hill right next to the Cooper River Park near Haddonfield. Thats the best part of living here - access to a very nice park.
My apartment was well-lit and pleasant. The applances were old in some cases, but functioned fine.
The complex is quiet, but of course my downstairs neighbor was loud. That was no one's fault but his. The walls are pretty thin, pretty much just like living in a room in a house above someone, but that is to be expected in this type of building (brick/wood frame construction). No concrete floors or walls here.
The grounds aren't breathtaking or anything, but they are kept up. No long grass or trash laying around anywhere.
Heating and cooling is supplied by an external heatpump, so the bills can be very high. Not as bad as electric alone, but not cheap by any means. For a 1bedroom my utilities averaged 150-300 month for PSE&G.
Overall, its a fine place to live. Nothing spectacular, but a nice location, and safe. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
