(user photo) All they did to the bathroom was place alittle white stuff in the corner and left the rest of the mold there. Who would move into a place like this?

This apartment complex is sinking into a slum.First, health concerns to anyone who has chilldren{molds,in many cases you dont see them but they are in the air system,under the floors.Mgt.lies,lies,lies.Owners are stuck with this property and they have no intention of spending any money ie. washer,dryer,air unit. I have had numerous breakin attempts.Hard working people are forced to put up with low income/no income families next door.Some apartments have four people living in a one bedroom apt.{yes that is illegal but according to mgt. its hard to enforce]It is only a matter of time before residents who live in the homes around this complex start to organize since this place is going down so fast.

SOLUTION...MOVE TO INDIANA WHERE YOU CAN GET A TOWNHOME BUILT IN THE 90'S 3 BED 2 FULL BATHS WITH TENNIS COURT EXERCISE ROOM AIR COND LAUNDRY FACILITY AND SWIMMING POOL PLUS CAR WASH AND SO MUCH MORE FOR AROUND 700 A MONTH....HEAT IS PAID.....NICE PLACE...LOOK UP WATERDANCE APARTMENTS IN SHELBYVILLE INDIANA...ONLY 20 MILES FROM INDIANAPOLIS....i AM MOVING HOME FROM BLACKWOOD NEW JERSEY HATE THE APRTMENT i LIVE IN HERE... ONE BEDROOM FOR 750 A MONTH???...WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF GOLD...MOVE OUT WEST.
