Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I had to get a lawyer to make sure that things "get done the right way" due to roof leaks for about 3 years. I still have issues; Mold due to leaks, drains stopping up, windows that dont fit right ect. Constant yearly raising of rent. I would advise against renting at this location due to the horrible managment team presently acting as if they know how to do their job. It is amazing at how some of these individuals obtain their positions at all.
