Well I have lived here through a lot ! I'm going on my sixth year here and yes I have had a few small problems but nothing major (who hasn't) I have also seen the property change (IE the appearance, the maintenance, the management, the rent, even the landscaping) ALL in ALL I would have to say for the better ! : )

I wasn't going to leave a reply on here but when I stopped in the office to pay my rent I overheard a very disturbing discussion between two of the employees about something's that were said on here... Well I had to read it for myself ! Unbelievable what people will say to try in sway you !

Something I have learned in my six years of experience at the Waterford is that "As long as you pay your rent on time then you are all good"

Sometimes maintenance can take a little while but there are over 300 units on the complex and people expect everything done yesterday ! (Not fair in my oppinion)

Anyway enough about the small downfalls of the place I reside at !

Let me just give you a little insight here ! Were I live I can do ANYTHING in NO time FLAT ! Philly is minutes away the shore is about an hour and a half,NY City is about 2 hours, Even Six Flags is only 45 minutes and there is fine dinning locally and the mall is right up the street not to mention the very cool and nostalgic walk malls in the local Haddonfield area !

Management at the Waterford has changed over the year and this is DEFINITELY for the better ! When I first got here there were abandon apartments in every building and even a few with boards on the windows ! ( NONE OF THAT NOW ) and I'm not sure but I think almost every apartment is being used (Well maybe not all ! LOL or you wouldn't be able to get yourself a place)

Anyway if you travel for work like me or maybe your going to collage ' In between houses, looking for a cheap place to live in Cherry Hill ' Or maybe your a bachelor looking for a place with no ties ' This is the place for you !

Where else in Cherry Hill can you live this cheap ' NO WHERE !

I hope I didn't rant too long but I can't take reading the BS that some have written here ! It's like saying that is what my apartment is like and it's not ! Not to mention that last year I broke my ankle and the office helped me in every way possible !
