My mom reviewed Waterford online and took the virtual tour, the model was beautiful online. I just landed a job in HaddonField and my Mom thought this would be nice and affordable. We drove up on a Sunday, the office was closed. WELL, the property looked great from the STREET, then we sat in the parking lot to see how nice the neighborhood was, nothing but South Americans, they were blasting their car stereos, we saw at least 20 people enter and leave the buildings and all were Mexican or something like that.
This has happened to me twice at other Apartment Buildings I have visited in my search.
I suggest anyone looking for an apartment, sit on the property for an hour or two and get a feel for the place, then make your decision. Now I know why the rent was AFFORDABLE,
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, a closer look and one can tell these buildings are being neglected, and I am quite sure the tenants I saw would not be able to afford the rents without co-habiting with alot of others in an apartment, or possibly even Subsided Housing Mom was disgusted and so was I
not to mention dissappointed, Funny they said this was a COOP, I doubt that very much, who would invest money in a place like this'

Talk about False Advertising. My search continues, pay 1000 a month and get some peace of mind

I lived in Waterford for 3 years. I have since moved to an upscale neighborhood and even looking back, Waterford was not bad. The residents are polite, respectful, and helpful people..unlike my new, snobby, rude, and move out of the way 'cause I have a bigger Benz upscale neighbors. You stood around for an hour, big deal. Talk to the people, they'll help you with what you need to know, not ignore you like "upscale" places.

I currently reside at the waterford with my husband and son, and I can honestly say that this is the worst place I've ever lived in. There are nothing but illegal immigrants running around here (and I know that they are all section 8 subsidized housing folk). The "management team" sucks, there is mold all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, the electricity was over 300 bucks a month, the entrance doors to the building I live in DO NOT LOCK! There was forced entry numerous times. This place is dangerous....gangster type people hanging around outside. They also have a terrible maintinence (I can't spell) staff here. Took 3 weeks to fix central air, when all they had to do was reset it...can you say DUH!!!! I hate this place, and we're breaking our lease to move back to new york immediately. DON'T MOVE HERE!

It should be unacceptable that a person publicly talk about a race using that terminology. I am an immigrant myself and it is very disgusting when some offended a nationality or a race. Beyond our skin color, hair type or DNA composition there is far more than that. Immigrants are human just like anybody else. We have feelings and emotions. It hurt when a piece of crab, like the person who posted this comment says nonsense of this size. I am almost sure that YOU have no idea of the history of your own country because YOU are saying such a big stupidity. When and immigrant visit one of our countries we embrace them and make them feel home. YOUR country???s economy is boosted mostly by hard working immigrants. The world is in such a chaos because ignorant like YOU. Remember that the holocaust started with simple comments like the one you made???YOU probably don???t know what the holocaust is otherwise YOU wouldn???t be such an idiot.
