HORRIBLE !!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T MOVE YOU WILL HATE THIS PLACE, VERY SMALL APTS, LIKE 50 YEARS without no maintenance. THE Maintenance people does not fix problems correctly, they remove the sattelite dish without autorization from the tenants,
horrible a lot noises, trash everywhere, the heat does not work, you will get up to $600 for electrical bill, funny very small dry and wash in unit 2 t shirt and they are full. the dry does not work correctly. the A/C never give a confortable temp...
if you call the office, the change the filter and that is all.
if you have kids please don't move to here, a lot of insect, no play ground and very dirty place.
THE staff at the office scream to you for any reason. The office staff are a unprofessional, dishonest, DISHONEST, dishonest.

U are soooo right about this place!!!!!! The apartments are bug infested in the summer and if u call about it THEY DON'T CARE!! They NEVER want to come out and fix things. U are so right about the air/heating. They just ripping people off. If u call the office they NEVER answer and if they do they have a nasty attitude. They are as u said VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I DO NOT recommend these apts to anyone.
