Negatives- Mold is prevalent,especially in the bathroom and poor insulation throughout electric bill $$$. Parking is terrible after 6 pm you might as well hang it up if the neighbors many friends are not taking up spaces the restaurants clientel are. The porches are made out of cheap wood. If summer comes call maintenance about air conditioning and it pretty much isn't fixed. You don't feel safe poor lit areas especially at night. Positives- quiet area, and nice safe park across the street. Downtown Haddonfield is a walking distance away. Lawn care is top notch. They are on top of anyone leaving anything lying around. Bottom line is you get what you pay for.
