Best Place to live I absolutely LOVE it here! The managment Jay and Jose are truly the best . The location is perfect, the place is modern(although could use a bit upating on the floors and kitchen:) I highly recommend living here! There is also NO RIF RAFF!!!:):)

Danny Great location. Apartments are ok a bit expensive for what you receive. Never had an issue with staff or maintenance. Fitness facility phenomenal except for couple who work out in morning and think they own place. Beware of them. I had seen them numerous times not clean equipment

DIRTY BUILDING! the trash dumpsters are a disgrace!The parking lot is totally unsafe, drug addicts hang out here and vandalize cars. I live here and this building stinks and is run by slumlords, I feel ike I'm livivng in the projects!

great place to call home I live at The Colonials and have for awhile! The hole staff on site is always very nice and the maintaince giys do great work. The girls in the office know me by name and the grounds are always clean. I love coming home and will continue to call this home
