its not that bad - I lived there for a year and yes the apartments are very small but u can make them quite comfortable. Love it!!! I have lived many places all around the country and this is definitly a top notch complex. I was so impressed by the staff and the appearance of my apartment. The location is incrediable too, close to Philadelphia and all major highways.

Too Expensive, Noisy, and the parking sucks Lived there for year and half. Nice apartments but too expensive. Water bill is not included in the rent so add on another $50.00 - $60.00 a month for that. Parking is no where to be found.
