Burrough's Mill Apartments 65% Recommended Mar 30 2008: I lived at Burrough's Mill for 1 year. If I wasn't relocating for work I would still be living there. The office is staff is wonderful, the maintenance staff is very timely and the overall property is well maintained and Towers of Windsor Park 68% Recommended Mar 29 2008: I've been living here since the tail end of 2007. After having lived here for close to 7 months, I can say that it's a decent place to live.
