When I first moved in in 2007, the complex seemed pretty well kept. About a year later the doors leading to the complex were broken and not fixed so God forbid a fire would break and we would be stuck in the complex. The fire alarm kept going off, the hallways filthy and smell of garbage. Also, I need to call at least two times in order to have get something fixed in the apartment. The list goes on and on.
