I have lived at Green Tree for the last 4 years. The community is mostly family oriented and people tend to look out for each other. My neighbors are good, hard-working people who are very friendly and we keep an eye on each other's kids all the time. The apartments are HUGE! I live in a 2 bedroom, and when some of my friends first see the apartment, they are shocked and amazed at the size of the rooms. Some of my friends own homes that are not as large as my apartment. The rent is reasonable and I would recommend Green Tree to anyone who wants a great affordable apartment.
