I moved from Philly in the spring of ?03 believing that my family would live in a comfortable atmosphere. To my surprise, Green Tree only looks good when they show you the model during the day time.







The first apartment that I was given was never completly clean and was roach infested. After I was turned down for a refund, they moved me into another apartment. This one was cleaner but problems soon arrived shortly. A crazed woman chased and cursed at my two young children because they used a walkway behind the apartments that everyone else uses. She threatened to kick my kids? a**. People from the adjacent complex constantly tear down the dividing gates. There are stolen shopping carts everywhere.







Maintenance has yet to fix the leaking water from the 2nd floor apartment. We have to wait until the neighbors take a bath/shower in fear of their drain water leaking on us while we bathe. The carpet is of very poor quality. It sheds so much that clumps of it develop on a daily basis. The laudry rooms are a mess and pricy. People walk past with 40?s and weed in their hands.






The only thing that I like about


green Tree is that the apartments are huge. If they would just screen people better and higher higher qualified maintenance workers, it wouldn?t be such a bad place to live.

I agree compeltely! I have lived here for about five years and have watched this place turn into the ghetto that it is. The apartment next to me must have atleast 12 guys living in it, and they take up every parking space, blare loud hispanic pop music into the night out of their car stereos, and get drunk and leave the empty Corona bottles all over my front stoop. No one here seem s to have any sense of decency or neighborly social interaction. My a/c and heat is constantly broken, and yes, I do see roaches every single spring. I never saw them until the guys moved in next door. They definitly need to screen tennants better. This used to be the nicer place to live in Lindenwold, and now I see cop cars and hear gun shots and fighting on a regular basis. It is NOT SAFE HERE.
