THE APARTMENTS HAVE ROACHES NO PARKING TO MUCH NOISE FROM PEOPLE PLAYING MUSIC TO LOUD UNTIL 3 OR 4 IN THE MORNING THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO COME AND FIX ANYTHING HALF OF THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE ARE NOT FROM THE USA AND DRINK ALL THE TIME
