I have lived at Kingsrow for several years. Although it used to be a quiet place it is far from that now. Here are the biggest problems. It seems like they just let anyone move here these days, they allow pit bulls on the property (place is full of dog feces) and their head maintenance man is a mean intimidating man. There are only two maintenance men and one of them is very rude and always angry. He has yelled at me many times so I don't exactly feel comfortable calling in for a repair. Most of my neighbors know this guy and everyone says the same thing about him. He is a mean, nasty man who doesn't like his job and takes his anger out on us, the residents. I like to be home when someone comes to fix a problem but now I do everything to not be home so that I won't have to run into this man. Over the past year I have called the office to complain about his behavior but for the past year and few months there was a new manager every other month or so. How can a company hire unqualified people to run their complexes for more than a year' Now they have a new manager that used to work here a few years ago. I thought that would be a good thing but I was wrong. I heard because they couldn't keep a manager they had a problem renting the apartments and the ones they did rent to (in my and my neighbors opinion) were lowlifes. Now this new manager has decided to allow pit bulls and other large aggressive dogs on the property in order to rent more apartments. So now I live at a place that has many pit bulls with owners that are about 18 years old and never pick up after their dogs. Oh ya, and by the way they also never seem to take care of these type of problems either. There is a woman that has lived here for years with her mother. This woman has been arrested numerous times for alcohol and drugs and the police are at her apartment at least 10 times a year. If you think I'm kidding just call the police and ask about how often they are out here. When she has one of her alcohol and drug binges, she often decides to wander the property yelling and screaming at all hours of the night. Everyone and their mother have complained about this woman to management but they always say they can't do anything. Well if they can't do anything who can'''' Because of the people they are letting in this place it is getting out of hand. If you move here be prepared to deal with domestic disputes, frequent parties and constant loud drunks. One last thing, there is an elementary school right behind Kingsrow. This means if you work in the morning you will never get out on the main road because the school buses never stop and the apartments get flooded with cars driven by parents dropping off their kids. I won't even get into the noise factor but be prepared to hear the school bells at all hours. Just do yourself a favor and find another place to live!!!

Hmm.. so according to your statement all large dogs are aggressive? I'll keep that in mind when I play with my 140 pound rottweiler ;) Perhaps you should go live on a deserted island. Pit bulls are great dogs. I don't know what it would be called but it's like you are racist towards dogs.. but it's more like breed-ist if that makes sense. i.e; You discriminate on any dog the media presents as vicious. I'm greatful that Kingsrow allows big dogs because other wise I would have had to given up my doggy.

Maybe you should live in another apartment in Lindenwold, &let us know how it turns out. I'm pretty sure you'll REALLY hate life then, but it doesn't really matter, because it appears something is stuck up YOUR ass. From what I've seen, most people pick up their dog feces, but I do believe they've got someone cleaning up the grounds. Oh &the maintenance.. hmm you ever think about how HE feels. He lives far away, and everytime he gets a call from one of yous, he's gotta drive all the way here... so of course he's gonna be happy. Plus dealing with people like YOU wouldn't make me wanna smile either. He takes his anger out on you?! You make it seem like the man physically hurts you! He doesn't! He fixes things and thats it. He's not getting paid to lollygag w/ you. If we both have the same drunk mother in mind, I do believe she's OUT of the complex now. Now dealing with disputes, you're right their.. but isn't that only natural!? You can't have a large group of people on one ground and expect everyone to fall in love.
