I have lived at Kingsrow Apartments since 1996 and plan on staying for a long, long time.

I was disapointed when I read some of the negatives in some of the reviews as I find them not to be correct. I live near a pitbull and the owners take extreme care with the dog. I actually pet it!! I also don't believe that there are many of them here. It is my understanding that management no longer accepts that breed.

It is true that the property suffered for a few years when the prior manager left, but she came back last summer and the complex is wonderful again!

I love my neighbors and I love that I can plant a garden in the flower bed outside. This is not just a complex, but a home for many of us that have lived here for years.

We do have big dogs here, but if there is a problem, then it is always handled very quickly and professionaly. They also have someone who I see on the weekends cleaning up the grounds where the dogs walk.

Also, the woman that someone mentioned who drank and bothered people was evicted a few months after the old manager returned. How can this person say nothing was done about the situation when it was.

Maintenance is great here. Though, the one man can seem moody sometimes, he always comes and fixes everything. His partner is quiet and friendly. Do we want someone to chit-chat with us or someone who shows up and fixes what is broken' I want my things fixed and they are...on the same day I call the office.

I think many of us are spoiled here and don't realize what other apartments can be like to live at. There's no drug dealers on the corners and I feel safe to walk the complex at night.

The property is clean and well lit and I find the office staff to be very, very helpful and friendly. I plan on staying for many years to come.
