This comment is to the woman who states that the "children play wall ball on the side of the building, and hit cars". If they tend to hit your car....... then MOVE YOUR CAR! There are parking spaces for people to park their cars. I have seen several cars parked out along the sides of the buildings that are not in parking spaces. If those people are going to complain about children playing and hitting cars then dont you think the best thing to do with your car is park it in a parking space WHERE IT BELONGS!!!

I have never had a problem with Kings Row apartments, the apartment itself. I do agree that the biker gang hang out across the street is a little out of hand sometimes, but there isnt anything Kings Row can do about that. I live in an upstairs unit and my heat and air work just fine any time I need them to.
The only BAD thing about the apartment complex is the amount of ignorant people you will encounter on a daily basis. There is this one lady who lives in an apartment down one of the fire lanes (i wont say her name) she is a fat blonde lady.. she has 2 children, a fat little boy and a really cute little girl. She knows that the boy is fat cause thats all she screams at him all day long and the little girl (even when hitting or punching my daughter) is a little angel. She is the only person I have ever had a problem with in the complex. She thinks she owns the fire lane and is very aware about everything that goes on, even if it isnt her business. PURE WHITE TRASH!
Other then very few people, Kings Row is a beautiful place to live. If they would screen the white trash, and drunken fools out, it would be flawless!!!!

And I also HAVE a pit bull in the apartment complex, I have lived here for 6 years and noone has ever had a problem with my dog!
