We lived in apt 216 and after a month of living in our apt we had a leak in the roof, and they couldn't come fix it or do ANYTHING about it until the rain stopped, of course it rained for like 3 days in a row. I called maintenance after business hours and the guy said "what do you want me to do about it'" because he couldn't fix it til the rain stopped -- not what we wanted to hear. As time went on we noticed our downstairs neighbors had like 3/4 people LIVING with them in a 1 bedroom apt. They always slammed their doors and had people in and out of their place, while only having probably one key since they always had to knock and scream in the window "LET ME IN!! IT'S BRIANNA!". How wonderful. The guy left of us always parked his crapper car in the fire lane cause he was too damn lazy to carry his fast food to his apartment or make his "baby's momma" walk to the damn car. Sometimes he would park in the lane for up to an hour, sometimes blocking the stupid short bus from getting down the lane and they would honk their horn til he walked his fat ass out there to move his car... or Terminix truck. Yes he kills bugs for a living. Across from us was an old couple who never left and had the police at their door twice in a year. We had company come to see us one time and a kid about 7 or 8 was trying to break in the car to see what was in their car. I know because the kid told the owner of the car that when confronted! Our neighbors on the right of us played music at the same time every night, just like the apartment behind us, and turned it up so it would shake the walls on our apartment. Always about 8 or 9 pm, wonderful. One time a drunk guy got dropped off in front of our apartment at like 12 am and sputtered up to the apartment across from us and was singing out loud. After about 15 mins of wondering, he walked away but still that's not so normal. People walk their dogs like they own every ounce of the land there not respecting any space you might need for your dog even to pee. No one cleans up after their dogs and the cats wondered up and down the fire lane like wild animals. There was a whole school behind our complex and not one kid went to play there after the kids left the school, they always wondered up and down the lane boucing the same stupid balls up and down. You'll be lucky to hear just one beep throughout the night from rude neighbors dropping off people no matter what time it is, and they might just stop in the lane and have loud ass conversations. I wouldn't live there, most people there act like they own the place.

well, well for someone who has so many complaints, you are quick to belittle a man who earns an honest living "killing bugs". he may just save your sorry, complaining ass some day when you need help getting rid of bugs.and you just may, because as everyone knows, you will get bugs living in apartments, which is completely normal.i dont know of you or your neighbors, but i feel sorry for them, living near someone who also complains about the "short bus". had to make a point of saying that didnt you?Kings Row was wonderful to me when i lived there in '01.im not writing to stick up for them however, just to congratulate you on being (most likely) dirty white trash.

I agree with with phyllygrl. You have a trash mouth and I wouldn't want you for a neighbor. How dare you make such remarks about a bus for the special needs children! And, your language is horrible! I live at Kingsrow and know where the 2 building is and where your area was. It is VERY quiet there and has been in all the years I've been here. You sound like a whiner and an unappreciative person. I didn't know you, but I am surely glad you are gone.

I think sometimes people forget that they are living in an apartment, not in the middle of the woods. You have to expect to hear some noises no matter where you live. A bus coming for a child in the morning seems normal to me. Doesn't it to everyone else? And a leak during the rain can't be fixed until it dries. Why were they wrong to say that? I would like to see this person try and own a home. Who will you call when there is a problem? Contractors are expensive and they surely don't come in the middle of the night the way the people do at Kings Row to help. I've never had a problem here. I feel safe, my apartment is great and though the one guy doesn't smile a lot, he does the work I ask for and I don't care. I think the people with the negatives are silly. No place is perfect, but at least we don't have to be afraid here to walk outside. I've never seen any drug dealers or anything that frightened me and made me want to move. Can you say that about the other places in this area?

Blah blah blah. The bus is short, not long. Therefore it is a SHORT bus. People go on about the bug guy, bugs are not a problem for me and if I needed help I wouldn't call that guy anyway. People say it's quiet there, and it's not. That's fraudulent. I don't have a potty mouth and I am not white trash. I am calling it how I see it. I'm sure the place caught on fire from someone who doesn't care anyway now, and a few (few being an overstatement) people are probably out of a home now. I'm glad I moved because of those obnoxious people I mentioned before now. The only people that probably compliment this place are probably those fake blonde 60 year olds that live on the corner and push the shopping cart around.

That bus is annnoying but oh well. It stops infront of my apartment every week day and biggg deal it picks up some kids to bring them to school. And obviously if it's raining a roof can't be fixed. That's common sense. Some people here aren't exactly perfect and what-not but that's life. Perhaps you should grow a brain.

I don't understand why people can't be courteous. If you have a dog, pick up the poop or have the poop piles delivered to their owners or their mailboxes :) Not my dog, not my poop; your dog, your poop, pick it up or it can be handed to you nicely and cordially, but it will be handed to you. I don't understand why anyone would block the firelane regardless for whatever reason. If you need to run into your apartment, park your car and get out and walk to your unit. Don't look in other people's windows. If my child broke into someone's car, I'd break into my child. If a parent is neglectful, DYFS works just fine to bring the proper correction or removes the parent or the child from the home. Don't come outside at night and yell for anyone. You never know who you live next to and you might just get slapped for disturbing the peace, with a slip of paper forcing your eviction. No one is disputing the comment that it is a SHORT bus, the dispute is that someone called it a STUPID short bus and that is just wrong.

This is a free country and people can speak their minds. If someone has problems in the complex where they live this is what the site is used for. To voice our opinions; there's no need to attack anyone or call another person names. The people throwing insults do you own stock in Kingsrow? If not, what do you care what another resident states? No one should park in a fire lane; if other residents can park and walk what is the reason the Terminix guy can do the same? If he was handicapped that would be a different story. Why cant adults get their point across without hurtful words? |

Ah, I remember you. As everyone else said, its common sense that you can't fix a leaky roof until the rain stops.. I agree that some apartments have too many people living in them.... but ---- happens. Let me ask you this did you ever once ask the guy to not park his car in the firelane, or mention it to the office? &Yes, as it is a bus that is short, when you call it a shortbus, it's basically you making fun of it. Also as others stated, you not only called it a short bus, but a STUPID short bus. &the drunk encounters you've had.. well.. you live in an apartment. Lets be realistic. I do agree that *some* people there have a low respect level for people and their properties. &so kids bounce balls.. what would you rather them do, set off fireworks!?
